Dear Sir or Madam: I would like to take this opportunity to express my complete gratitude with the integrity and professionalism displayed by Mr. Rick Fishman. A month ago when I decided to buy a house, I knew absolutely nothing, other than I wanted a house. I started out by filling in an online questionnaire, and within one day was contacted by Mr. Fishman. It is my belief that he could sense my ignorance on how to buy a house and instead of using that to take advantage of me, he took the time to educate me on everything I needed to know, sometimes having to explain the same thing several times. Mr. Fishman always maintained a completely up front and honest relationship with me. Something that is not easily found in today's society and above all else that is what I will remember down the road when it is time to sell or refinance. Another point that I would like to make is this. Despite obstacles that were thrown at him, he not only met expectations he exceeded them in every aspect in which he was doubted by either the realtor or myself. After I lost four days in the loan process Mr. Fishman was still able to close my loan within 2 weeks! He also was able to get me a program that was better than what I expected. I came to the table as a first time homebuyer with 0 down. He said he could get me to the table with no more than a pen and that is exactly what he did. As far as I am concerned there is only one Mortgage Company on the planet. With a company like G. S. Rick: I wanted to take the time to write you and tell how much I appreciate all your hard work and efforts in securing out mortgage loan for our first home. Our situation was not your typical loan process, we needed the “stated” loan so we could come to the table with absolutely no money down and be able to still afford the payment. You explained the process to my understanding and even took phone calls from me when I was still unclear about things. You always handled my questions in a timely manner and always returned my call right a way. A few times I thought that the loan was never going to happen and assured me that it was going to go through just fine. You tried very hard to close the early as possible because you knew how much I wanted in the house and even though sometimes I had my doubts, you proved yourself and your services in the end.
