INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING A LOAN

To assist the government in the continued fight against terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law is requiring all financial institutions to obtain and verify information that identifies the individual applying for a loan. To ensure compliance with this new act we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We also will request to see your driver's license or other documents to verify your identification.
